The Vancouver International Polo Festival encourages lively conversation and conviviality around food in a premium atmosphere. Elevated Mexican foods with fresh local ingredients will be found in our signature interactive food stations. Featuring different items from Mexico, dedicated hospitality service in the VIP (including butler service), signature tequilas and craft cocktails in the cabanas will accent the bottles of premium champagne.

The Mexican culinary theme carries through into the GA festival grounds including Mexican food stations and a large central bar.
